  Fun place with great views. We went because it is dog friendly (patio dining). The food was very good and a friendly crowd who enjoy dogs. Nearby beach doesn't allow dogs though.

  We love this place for the location, back story, quaintness and view. Some dishes are a bit too rich, clam chowder was delicious. The only downside is that they get a bit busy and I felt like the staff was too busy/unresponsive while we were at the table. But I've had other experiences here that were better. Call ahead to reserve a table with a view.

  I am giving this place a 4 star review for their friendly bar tender and cute outdoor patio. I came here to eat with my spouse and brought along my two dogs. We sat in outside in the patio by the fire. We ordered 2 appetizers, 1 sole dinner, and 1 taco from the happy hour menu. The food was okay. My husband was expecting a lighter Sole but it was heavy and very breaded. The calamari lacked a bit of flavor but weren't terrible. Oyster were big but not the season for yummy flavor (no fault of the restaurant), and the happy hour taco is BIG! Good size or the price. Overall the ambience is nice outside and they have blankets there on the chairs in case you get chilly watching the sunset. I might stick to apps and drinks next time but over a nice experience.

  I am not really a fan of the food here. But, I have to be honest, it's not really about the food. They have a great patio to grab a drink on. They offer fireplaces and blankets to keep you cozy. There are trails you can wander around just off the property.
  This is one of those places that we take visitors too to watch the sunset and have a night cap.
